What materials may not be placed in dumpster?
Aerosol Cans, Air Conditioner (anything w/ Freon in it), Boilers, Bricks, Cable receivers, Cell phones, Chillers, Computers, Desktop, Laptops, Tablets, Concrete, Dehumidifiers, Video disc or game players/recorders, Digital converter boxes, Electronic Keyboards, Electronic Mouse, Fax machines, Fluorescent Lamp bulbs, Furnaces, Hazardous waste (Herbicide poisons, acid), Heat pumps, Infectious hospital waste, Monitors, Oils of any kind, Paint (Unless hardened or dried up w/ sawdust or kitty litter), Printers, Propane Tanks, Railroad ties, Telephone poles, Refrigerators / Freezers, Satellite receivers, Scanners, Shingles, Small scale servers, Stoves, Tires (of any kind), TV sets, Washers / Dryers, Water Coolers, Yard waste / Christmas trees (unless in its own container not mixed with trash).
How long are your rentals?
Roll-off container rentals are for 14 days and will be charged $8.00 per day for each day over the 14th day.
Is there a max volume for containers?
Yes. All materials that exceed the allowed tonnage listed for your container will be charged an additional $50 per ton.

- 20yd Roll-Off Has a 3-Ton Limit
- 30yd Roll-Off Has a 4-Ton Limit
- 40yd Roll-Off Has a 5-Ton Limit
Where should I place my roll-off dumpster?
- A flat, solid surface is recommended.
- Area should have a minimum 3-foot clearance on each side of dumpster.
- At least 22 feet of unobstructed height clearance.
- At least 34 feet of unobstructed room in front of dumpster for a service pickup.
Do I need a permit to use a dumpster?
Usually a permit is not needed if you are using and placing it on private property or your business property. If you are placing it on public property (sidewalk, street, etc.) you may need a permit. It is always a good idea to check with your local municipality to ensure compliance.
