Rental Policies

Maximum Volume

All materials that exceed the allowed tonnage for your container will be charged an additional fee per ton. Contact us for pricing.

15yd - 2 Ton Limit - 3'x8'x22'
20yd - 3 Ton Limit - 4'x8'x22'
30yd - 4 Ton Limit - 6'x8'x22'
40yd - 5 Ton Limit - 7'x8'x22'

Roll-Off Term

All Roll-Offs are for 14-day rentals, and will be charged an additional fee for each day over the 14th day. Contact us for pricing.

Distance Term

Prices may vary if your delivery location is beyond the 20-mile limit of our container yard located in Woodriver, IL. You must call us when you are ready for us to pickup your container when you are finished with it. Midwest does not assume a customer is finished with the use of our property for any reason.
