Yes. All materials that exceed the allowed tonnage listed for your container will be charged an additional $50 per ton.

- A flat, solid surface is recommended.
- Area should have a minimum 3-foot clearance on each side of dumpster.
- At least 22 feet of unobstructed height clearance.
- At least 34 feet of unobstructed room in front of dumpster for a service pickup.
Usually a permit is not needed if you are using and placing it on private property or your business property. If you are placing it on public property (sidewalk, street, etc.) you may need a permit. It is always a good idea to check with your local municipality to ensure compliance.
